The Hillcrest Youth Center is a drop-in and recreational center, also offering virtual support in San Diego County dedicated to the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning and HIV+ (LGBTQ+) youth.
The Trevor Project is the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer & questioning (LGBTQ) young people under 25.
Our Safe Place (OSP) is a welcoming LGBTQ+ community center for youth up to age 21 and their families. South Bay Community Services is a proud OSP partner, providing virtual and in-person support to youth, including those who may be experiencing increased feelings of stress and isolation during this time.
Trans Lifeline’s Hotline is a peer support service run by trans people, for trans and questioning callers. Their operators are located all over the U.S. and are all trans-identified. If you are in crisis or just need someone to talk to, even if it’s just about whether or not you’re trans, you can feel free to call and they can help connect you with support.
TransFamily Support Services guides transgender/non-binary youth and their families through the gender transitioning process to help make it the most positive experience possible. Virtual support is offered and services are provided at no fee
